The community spirit in Bengaluru is strong, appreciating all forms of arts and culture, states Naga pianist Khyochano TCK. He is excited to bring the Brillante Piano Festival to the city this weekend, which will see musicians from 18 countries and 16 Indian states coming together for performances, workshops, competitions, and masterclasses in various genres like jazz, contemporary, and classical music. The festival, which started in Kohima in 2017, also includes a platform for Specially Abled Musicians (SAM), aiming to promote inclusion and admiration for all participants. Khyochano highlights that the festival brings artists from around the world together with a shared purpose and vision. To engage the community further, a street piano event was held at Church Street, showcasing the power of music and art to unite diverse communities through creative expression.
